Archery Team Takes State!

Members of Osmond's Archery Team competed against other teams throughout the state. We won! The top three placings were: Osmond with 2924 points, Alta Vista with 2758, and Wind River scoring 2068. Our Archers have qualified to compete on the national level at the National Archery in the Schools Program in Louiville Kentucky. They will have fundraisers to help defray the costs.

The competition is divided into divisions and gender. Individual results are as follows:

Reports are that the skiing was great! Students really enjoyed learning to ski and board – so much so that we are offering a Saturday trip on March 3. OSMOND ELEMENTARY Ski Trip-Saturday, March 3, 2012

We have made arrangements for Osmond students to ski or board at Pine Creek Saturday, March 3. We have arranged a bus for this trip and plan to leave at 8:20 sharp from Osmond Elementary and return at 5:15. We need to know who plans to attend by Thursday, February 23 in order to finalize bussing, staffing, and rental arrangements.

• Bus will leave Osmond Elementary at 8:20 and return close to 5:15

• If parents are transporting students we need the attached permission slip back in order to finalize the roster.

• Cost will be $8.00. We have negotiated this price with Pine Creek for Osmond students only.

• Parents/siblings are welcome to join us at Pine Creek with the understanding you are responsible for your own lift ticket and rental fees.

• Students must provide their own lunch.

• Osmond Elementary staff will chaperon.
